### Changed

Every other theme gets a fully self-contained fallback bar that assumes neither Bootstrap nor FontAwesome is loaded.

- **`pwg.authors.setForImage` web service method.** Lets other plugins (e.g. Export Import) transfer an image's authors to a different Piwigo instance by name, splitting on the plugin's own multi-author separator and resolving/creating authors the same way the UI does.
- **`fr_FR` translation.** The plugin previously shipped `en_UK` only.
- **"Selection" fieldset on the Author management table**, and the Action panel now sits in a sticky column beside the author list instead of below it, so bulk actions stay reachable without scrolling past a long list.

### Fixed
- **SQL injection in `pwg.authors.rename` and `pwg.authors.setForImage`.** Both web service handlers reversed the framework's request-sanitizing `addslashes()` (via `stripslashes()`) to normalize the incoming name, then never re-escaped it before writing — letting a crafted author name break out of the SQL string literal. Fixed by escaping immediately before each write, mirroring core's own `pwg.tags.rename` handler.
- **Same class of bug in the legacy `images.author` re-sync.** Author names read back out of the authors table were written into `piwigo_images.author` without escaping; a legitimately-typed name containing a quote (e.g. "O'Brien") would have broken that write.
- **Orphaned `image_author` rows on photo deletion.** Core's own `delete_elements()` cleans up its tag associations for a deleted photo but has no knowledge of this plugin's own author table, so every deleted photo permanently orphaned its author links. The plugin now cleans up after
itself on the same `delete_elements` event, matching how core handles tags.
- **Admin config page's checkbox/radio icons didn't reflect their actual state on load**, and clicking one radio didn't reset its sibling's icon. Root cause: the icon markup didn't follow the admin theme's `.font-checkbox` convention (radios need a different base icon class than checkboxes, and
the class must always be the unconditional "on" state, left to `common.js` to correct on load).
- **Missing CSRF token on the Configuration page's save handler** — the only admin form in the plugin without one.
- **Menubar "Authors" entry was hardcoded to Bootstrap markup**, so it wasn't properly styled on non-Bootstrap themes (`default`, `modus`). Now branches on the active theme.
- Several UI strings used in templates were missing from the language file (`Authors page`, `Group by letter`, `Tag cloud`, `Rename Author`, and a couple of others).

The listing is now rendered in-gallery by the plugin's own index.php?/authors section route, so it always works. authors.php is now a thin optional shim over the shared renderer, and all "Authors" links point at the in-gallery route.

Activation failure when installed from the Piwigo market. The market extracts the extension into a folder named author_to_tag (from its repo id), but the maintain class was hardcoded as author_tag_maintain, so Piwigo could not find author_to_tag_maintain and activation errored. The plugin is now folder-name agnostic: the maintain class is author_to_tag_maintain with a
class_alias back to author_tag_maintain for the legacy folder, and the two remaining hardcoded author_tag/ paths (the maintain webroot-page copy and the webroot authors.php fallback) now derive the real directory name at runtime. Removed the main.inc.php guard that insisted the folder be named exactly author_tag.
